GLOBUS 2025: Independent Australian & New Zealand Explorer with Fiji (IPE4)
19 Day Package from Sydney to Coral Coast
Upon visiting Australia, Oprah Winfrey proclaimed to the locals in Sydney, 'You're so darned friendly, you must go to friendly class!' If Oprah says it, it must be true! And now Independence by Globus makes it easy for you to experience this friendliness yourself! On this 19-day Australia, New Zealand, and Fiji vacation, we've arranged your hotel reservations, daily breakfast, sightseeing, and private transfers to/from the airports from/to your hotels for your intra-vacation flights. Plus, a one-of-a-kind feature: the Globus Local Host, someone who is there throughout your stay (in Sydney, Cairns, Melbourne, Queenstown, and the Coral Coast) to ensure your vacation runs smoothly and to help you make the most of your vacation.Your vacation begins the moment you arrive. Globus can pick you up at the airport and whisk you seamlessly to your selected hotel. Your Local Host will greet you with a smile and information to help you get settled. The next day, after your included breakfast, we'll pick you up at your hotel for a guided sightseeing tour with a local expert. You'll hear inside stories behind the must-see sights, like the Opera House and Bondi Beach. And never fear…we've scouted the city for the best place to capture a photo of Sydney's famous Harbour Bridge. In Melbourne, your guided sightseeing with an expert Local Guide includes the Royal Botanic Gardens and Queen Victoria Market. On the third day in each city, you have a free day to explore on your own (with your Local Host support, of course). You may want to follow in Oprah's footsteps and climb to the top of Sydney Harbour Bridge; explore the cobblestone streets of the Rocks, the harborside area where the first convicts settled; or participate in a game of lawn bowling. In Melbourne, visit one of Australia's leading opal companies or take an excursion to see the little penguins emerge from the sea and waddle across the beach in the world-famous Penguin Parade. It's not just the cities you'll experience on this Australia vacation. In Cairns, we'll take you to the Outer Great Barrier, where you can snorkel, take a semi-submersible watercraft tour, or attend a presentation by a marine biologist. You'll be amazed by the clarity of the water and the variety of fish that will swim all around you. You may even see a green sea turtle glide by! You will also have a day at leisure so perhaps take an excursion via the Kuranda Scenic Railway to the quiet mountain village of Kuranda or explore one of the markets to try locally grown mangoes and bananas. After seeing the highlights of Australia, fly over the 'ditch' to Queenstown, New Zealand, the 'Adventure Capital of the World.' We'll take you on what will undoubtedly be a highlight of your trip: a cruise on Milford Sound which boasts some of the most breathtaking scenery in the world. Continue to Rotorua where you'll visit Agrodome to learn about New Zealand's sheep industry and Te Puia to explore a geothermal wonderland. Before heading home, stop in tropical Fiji for a three-night stay. Enjoy white-sand beaches, swaying palm trees, and the friendliest of locals. Your visit to Fiji includes a half-day Sigatoka River Safari and a Local Host to help you with additional sightseeing, dining, and shopping recommendations.

Booking your Vacation with Air
Our volume buying power saves you money. We may be able to provide you with flight arrangements from your gateway city. Globus offers 2 air options: Flex Air and Instant Purchase Air. Early Airfare Price Guarantee locks in a price that is guaranteed not to increase. Air pricing and schedules are available approximately 330 days prior to last travel date in the itinerary. At that time the best air price will be utilized and a new invoice with the air cost and confirmed schedule will be sent. The identity of the carrier, which may include the carrier's codeshare partner, will be assigned and disclosed at this time. If the guaranteed price is the lowest, the schedule with the lowest fare per contracted classes of service will be booked. Any voluntary change to the confirmed flights negates the guaranteed price and is subject to air pricing at the time of the change.
Guaranteed air-inclusive prices - air is only available to passengers traveling from the United States and only available when booked in conjunction with a land vacation. Additional per person, non-refundable, non-transferable deposits and payments are required for your international flights and/or for intra-trip air. These are in addition to the land deposits and payments. Air-inclusive trip pricing is guaranteed upon receipt of deposit or payment in full for the entire reservation as advised during the booking process. Deposit amounts for air range from $300 per person up to the full ticket price. Instant Purchase Air requires air payment in full at time of booking (i.e. air-inclusive vacation) plus a non-refundable per person service fee of $30 (North/Central America), $50 (Europe/Middle East) or $80 (all other international destinations). Once booked, Instant Purchase Air is non-refundable, and non-changeable. Once your airfare is confirmed and Globus has received your full air and land deposit, your air-inclusive vacation price is guaranteed.
Air-Inclusive Vacations - Applicable Taxes & Fees
Air-inclusive vacations include government-imposed taxes and fees applicable at the time of booking and will be shown as a Total Amount. Additional airline fees for baggage may apply. At the time of booking your air-inclusive vacation online, carrier Websites will be provided to check baggage fees, or you can visit www.iflybags.com for up-to-date baggage pricing/restrictions. For return travel from some countries, international travelers are required to pay entry and/or exit fees at the airport. These fees will be collected by the local government and are payable by the participant at time of travel. Your confirmation booking information will contain information about these fees.
